Working with Polk Contracting was a positive experience from the first meeting. Jack Polk, the CEO, came over and we talked about many facets that go into replacing your roof. He informed me of many things that I was not aware of and as the process unfolded, he was able to get my insurance company to cover a good part of costs. But the job they did is the real crown. It is professional and beautifully done with all upgrades that I needed. His costs were very fair and I feel like I got a great deal with my new roof. I will refer Polk Contracting to all my friends and family with a five star-plus rating.

Polk Contracting just finished my roof replacement after being damaged with the windstorm. Jack the owner, was always available from the very first time I contacted them. He assisted me with the insurance claim process and made sure that everything was accounted for. The roof replacement was completed ahead of schedule and the crew that came at home was very professional and worked very clean. At the end of the day, after they left, my house and yard was cleaner than when they had arrived and nothing got damaged. Thank you for such great work. I would recommend them any day.

Jack did the most thorough roof inspection when he gave his estimate and what his company would do. He was honest and great to deal with. Everything was completed in one day; ripping off old roof, new roof, replacing two skylights, and roofing the shed.
